Arizona Mining & Infrastructure
Arizona is a mining friendly jurisdiction with an established permitting framework. Fraser Institute's Annual Survey of Mining Companies 2020 rank Arizona as #2 in Investment Attractiveness Index and # 7 in Policy Perception Index globally.
Arizona has a strong transportation infrastructure and power grid that makes mining operations an attractive proposition in the region.

The Mines & Historic Operations
The Gold Ridge Project comprises three historic mines; the Gold Ridge Mine, the Gold Prince Mine and the Dives Mine. The mines are located on the lower southern slopes of the Dos Cabezas Mountains over a 1.8km strike within prospective 5km long vein swarm.
Based on historical data, there is excellent upside exploration potential between the three mines and at depth below the mines.
Historically the Gold Prince mine (#6 adit) produced approximately 22,000 oz through to 1996. The mine was operated by Phelps Dodge Corp., Queenstake from 1984 to 1996 and latterly Western States Mining Corp.
The current NI 43-101 report for the Gold Ridge Project is available here.
MetalNRG Exploration Completed
The company has sampled dump material from historic mining on the #6 level with results as high as 115 ounces per tonne gold (3,949 g/t)
The Company has delineated a viable 1.74g/t of gravity recoverable gold from the waste dump outside level 6, which is made up of 2498 tonnes containing 5.25 kg (169 ounces) of gold.
17 samples were taken from selected pillars within Levels 6 and 4, representing approximately 10% of the pillars remaining within the Gold Ridge Mine. All samples show unmined mineralization with gold values ranging from 0.05 to 6.5 g/t.

MetalNRG Exploration & Development Planned
The Company plans to conduct exploration using modern technical skills to develop mineral resources, followed by proper technical studies to develop Mineral Reserves that will support an ecologically friendly and sustainable mine.
